“Great Service & Friendly Staff, but Long Wait for Parts”
Metro MOT Centre did a great job with our car, and the staff were exceptionally kind—even helping us pick up our kids from school! However, the long wait was inconvenient. They ordered parts in the morning and waited most of the day for delivery, disrupting our school runs and clubs. Suggestion for BookMyGarage: Allow advance deposits so garages can pre-order components and have them ready upon arrival. It would save time and benefit both parties.

“Great Service”
I was able to book for the next day, which is really convenient. I book an AM slot but was running late and the centre had no problem with me dropping my car later. They were really flexible allowing me to drop my car in anytime within their business hours. They completed my MOT just an hour after I dropped it off. Great service and very convenient!

“Amazing service”
I am an elderly lady and the receptionist was very kind and helpful, both on the phone and in person. I have nothing but praise for the mechanics they were very thorough and quick, a really friendly garage.
